If you HAVE purchased one of our products and you're seeing a locked product when accessing the secure portal, please don't worry - we can help fix it!


You need to make sure that you used the same email address to purchase the product and to log into the secure portal, otherwise the portal will have created a whole new user account for you.


Here's what you need to do:

  • If you have JUST bought the product, try logging out and logging back into the secure portal again. This usually "refreshes" the portal and fixes everything. :-)


  • If you have bought the product using a different e-mail address, please submit a ticket and we will manually "merge" your two accounts into one. Please let us know which email address is your primary one.


  • If you have used the same e-mail address and have tried logging out and in, please submit a ticket and we will have a look into it for you.
